The project partner Asociatia Scoala Inovatiei kindly organized and hosted the Third Transnational Project Meeting in Bucharest, Romania.

The meeting took place on 30 April, and followed the meeting agenda:

  • Updates of project activities
  • Review of the developed categories – Light
  • Review of pilot video tutorials – Category Light
  • Upload of OERs in the training platform
  • Review of the partners forthcoming tasks
  • Discussion

At first the project coordinator reported the work, which is completed up to now – the Analysis and shortlisting of the existing educational resources. The Analysis is already published on the project webpage. The project has also completed the software development of the learners and trainers toolsets and features on the training platform, available here. The Methodology for transfer, as well as the Assignments for the OERs and the software.

Currently the project partnership is in a process of development of the Open educational resources, consisted of 4 main features – theory, practical exercises, video tutorials and library. The Open educational resources have 4 main topics for development – 1. Sound: Sound Recorder, Sound Designer, Sound Manager, Sound Engineer; 2. Light: Light Designer, Lighting Manager; 3. Filming and live performance: Film Editor/ Video & Film Editor, Camera Operator, Mixing Manager, Production Assistant; 4. Creative: Artistic Director, Graphics designer, Multimedia specialist. The theory and the practical lessons in the category “2. Light: Light Designer, Lighting Manager” have been developed in Bulgarian, and translated in English – uploaded to the respective language versions of the platform. The video tutorials have been started for development, and the introductory video has been uploaded and presented to the project partners, located on YouTube.

Tentatively, the Fourth TPM is decided to take place in Split, Croatia, in the period 6-8 October 2022. The final TPM will be held in Maribor, Slovenia in the spring of 2023, followed by Multiplier events and LTT in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The partners are presented to the idea of making common KA1 mobilities in the Adult Education sector, for utilizing the built platform and training adult learners.
