The Final Project Partnership Meeting (TPM5) was held in Nova Gorica, Slovenia

In the period 2-4 April, the Final Project Partnership Meeting (TPM5) was held in Nova Gorica, Slovenia. The meeting was attended by all project partners (Culture Hub Croatia being online) and was hosted by our Slovenian Partners – Koda Modro.

As per the proposed Agenda, the meeting was opened at 10.30, after the arrival of all participants. The project coordinator has made a presentation as per the agenda, as following:

– Updates of project activities.

– Review of all OERs in all languages, filling the gaps

– Review of translations

– Discussion

– Partners’ input to the video tutorials and subtitles translations

– Amendment 4 specifics and deadlines

– Planning the LTT event in June, 2023

– Follow up and plan

The project coordinator, Event Production, has made a review of the project activities and the work, which must be done by the end of the project.

1. The development of pilot OERs database and the finalization of the texts and Libraries should be finalized by the end of April.

2. In terms of the video tutorials and the translations of the subtitles, the coordinator presented a table summarizing the partners input and the missing content.

3. The team of the project coordinator, together with the experts from the National Palace of Culture are preparing the Video and live production, as well as the Creative categories of the video tutorials.

4. The final project activities include

– sending letters to training centers and employment agencies about the possibilities of our Creative hub platform and the delivery of trainings to learners from the target groups.

– the establishment of a European network, which will provide the opportunities to further develop and project results and disseminate them across other European stakeholders.

– In the period June-August 2023 all partners should lead their own Multiplier events, where they should gather representatives of the project target groups in order to demonstrate the project results and disseminate the opportunities for training.

– There will be an LTT whch will take place in Sofia, from June 19-24, 2023. We will try to organize it in the NPC (National Palace of Culture). There will be 4 participants from each country.

– For the final reports, the project coordinator will send the documents to be prepared for the documentation: contracts with experts, timesheets, pictures, participants lists, letters to the institutions. At the moment no accounting information is needed.

The afternoon part of the TPM was devoted to making videos with the KODA MODRO staff – Sandy and Peter and getting to know their process of work. As a result their videos will also be part of the video tutorials in the Creative categories part.

The partners from Slovenia have also arranged two other meetings with the Director and the staff of the National Theatre in Nova Gorica, and the management of the School of Arts. Meetings and interviews were made, which will also be part of the Creative category tutorials.
